Our Policy

Reservation Policy

Reservations need to be made at least five (5) days in advance.

Scheduling Your Appointment

To schedule your appointment we will require a credit card to reserve your scheduled treatment time. Your credit card will not be charged until your appointment date unless you chose to use a different payment method.

Corporate and Private Events

Advanced notice of at least two (2) weeks in advance for groups of 10 people or more. Please note, an event booked less than the time periods mentioned above will incur a last minute surcharge. This is due to additional costs of executing last minute events.

Last minute booking surcharges will be applied over regular pricing as follows:

1 - 2 people: $10
3 - 5 people: $25
6 - 10 people: $50
Groups exceeding 10 people: $100

All areas require a fee based on travel distance
There is a $20.00 travel fee added for every appointment.

Corporate and Private Event Deposits/Balances

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to guarantee a date for all services. Balance due no later than five (5) business days prior to date of service by credit card. Due no later than ten (10) business days prior to date of service if paying by company check (allow adequate mailing time).

Large Group Surcharge

For groups of 50 or more, there will be a 5% surcharge applied over the total cost. This is due to additional expenses incurred when accommodating larger groups.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards

Credit Cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).

Checks

Company checks are allowed at least ten (10) business days prior to service. When paying with a company check by mail, a copy of a valid driver's license must accompany check. All returned checks regardless of reason will incur a $35.00 return check charge and must be replaced with money order (if at least seven (7) business days prior) or cash for the check amount and return check charge prior to date of service.

Cash

Cash is always accepted as a method of payment; however a credit card will be needed at the time of reservation to lock in your appointment time.

Gratuities

Spa treatments include gratuities. In appreciation for outstanding service, additional gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may be incurred depending on distance (Starting Point: Our downtown main office location to your front door).

Safety Measures Required

Due to the nature of our business safety/professionalism is our focus. All of therapists will be under constant observation. At the time our therapist arrives at the appointment location they are expected to contact our offices. They will confirm all information given ( address, number of persons on site, etc.) After therapeutic massage services have been provided, our offices will contact your therapist within 10 minutes to verify the appointment went smoothly. If they do not answer, the authorities will be contacted immediately.

***In the event that a therapist feels threatened or feels that there has been inappropriate behavior or suggestions have taken place we reserve the right to discontinue the therapy session and leave immediately. If this takes place, you will still be charged for the full amount of the service and will be removed from our client list permanently.

Cancellation/ Late Fees

We request the final payment due date be adhered to. Failure to pay the balance due by the close of business (9:00 p.m.)for Corporate and PrivateEvents five days prior to the due date will result in a late fee charge of 10% of the balance due. If the balance still has not been paid as of 48 hours prior to the appointment date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. We will not refund any deposit or payments paid toward the reservation if we cancel the booking under these circumstances. In the event you must cancel your reservation for any reason, deposits and payments applied are nonrefundable, unless we are able to rebook the event date for equal or greater value, in which case all monies will be deposited will be used towards the cost of the new booking amount.

Change/ Refund Policy

In the event the services need to be rescheduled, at least 72 hours notice is required. There is a $50 Change Fee to reschedule spa services. Less than 48 hours notice will be considered a "no-show" and the deposit/payment will be forfeited. In the event services are rescheduled, the new date must be within 60 days after the original date. After the 60-day period has passed, the deposit/payment will be forfeited -- Only one rescheduling permitted. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. The scheduled services are reserved and staffed according to your needs. Therefore, changes to any package must be made 72 hours prior to date of service. Last minute changes may not be able to be honored.

Overtime Charges/Late Arrivals

It is important that the agreed upon starting and ending times be adhered to. Overtime charges begin if your party goes beyond the allotted time listed in your contract. To avoid overtime charges, scheduled appointments are recommended and notice should be given to guests to arrive on time for their appointments. Although the staff will do what they can to accommodate late arriving guests, it is not always possible for the staff to provide the entire appointment time. Hourly group events for group events which are booked on an hourly basis, an overtime rate of $100 per hour, per requested station will be charged and must be paid in cash for services to continue beyond the allotted time (based on availability).

Setup

Depending on the services scheduled, therapists will arrive between 30-60 minutes prior to scheduled start time to allow adequate set up time.

Atmosphere

Candles and music are provided, upon request, at no extra charge. Additional items such as table cloths, flowers, decorations, etc. are provided at an additional cost and with sufficient notice.

Contracts

We require contracts for all Spa Group Event bookings.

PLEASE NOTE:
We reserve the right to refuse a treatment for individual and/or Corporate/Private Events if any of the following apply:

  • Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation.
  • Broken skin or lesions.
  • Inapproiprate behavior or suggestions
  • Unsafe or smoke filled environments
